&lt;p>m. reports it&amp;rsquo;s not that hard to base (compared to other poses) but i still find it challenging to release into it (hands off bar and onto his torso).&lt;/p>
&lt;p>for me, i find it challenging to straighten the back knee when it feels like doing that will displace the hand holding my ankle, but as we&amp;rsquo;ve done this more it&amp;rsquo;s not been an issue; i just need to work my back-leg-up oversplit to get it more solid since my quad and hip don&amp;rsquo;t have as much control there (for maintenance i usually just train front-leg oversplit).&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
